A startup hotspot in full bloom

BRYCK Startup Alliance in Essen is a dynamic tech hotspot where startups, investors and corporate partners meet to build the next generation of companies. To reflect this innovative environment, the interior design needed to break away from the traditional office aesthetic.

For this project, we delivered around 300 plants, a large selection of plant pots, and several screens to shape a lively and inspiring workspace. The concept focused on creating a bold and expressive interior that supports BRYCK’s forward-thinking business model.

Greenery plays a central role throughout the space. Plants are featured in both small and large pots, creating a layered and vibrant atmosphere across the office. To further enhance the environment, garlands of greenery are suspended from ceiling-mounted lamps, adding movement and softness to the industrial architecture.

A unique feature of the interior is the custom plywood tree, integrated into the space and decorated with hanging garlands. Together, these elements create a playful yet sophisticated environment that stands out from a classic office setting while reinforcing BRYCK’s identity as a modern innovation hub.
