CATALOGUE OF INSPIRATION. NO 9

How we talk to each other, listen, collaborate and share space affects not only the workday but also how we feel—both on and off the job. A respectful work environment may seem obvious, but it doesn’t arise by itself. It is shaped by small daily actions, by our willingness to understand one another, and by the environment we create together.
Feeling safe, heard and included are basic needs, regardless of role or task. That is why respect doesn’t belong only in policy documents—it is a living part of everyday life. It’s about how we give each other space, show consideration, and act in both words and deeds. But it’s also about how the work environment supports what we aim to achieve.
Our latest inspiration magazine, themed “A Respectful Work Climate,” is about how, through small and large means, we can contribute to a work climate where people feel well, grow and feel seen. We hope you find inspiration, perspectives and perhaps some ideas to bring to your own workplace.
